Apple-Banana Muffins

Apple-Banana Muffins

I’m no foodie, but many folks know I have a keen interest in food photography. The fact that I love food as well in an added bonus. Today I made a batch of apple-banana muffins. It’s such an easy recipe and I plan on making the next batch even better (adding in more cinnamon and maybe a little honey too).

Apple-Banana Muffin Ingredients

4 Mashed bananas
2 Apples (1 chopped, 1 grated)
2-3 Cups rolled oats
1 Cap of olive oil
1 Tsp Baking powder
Cinnamon to taste
(Feel free to add in walnuts, dried cherries etc. as well)

Mix it all up and bake for 20-25mins.

It’s just so easy, really tasty, and there is no flour or sugar at all. Good stuff.

Thanks Mark! I’m trying to make it a habit of shooting anything I make. I’m not a good cook at all, so we’ll see.
