IE 8

So, I read today about Bill Gates finally talking about IE8. I’d like to sigh with relief and think, “Finally, IE is going to do what it is meant to do”, but considering the hours and hours (added up it’s more like weeks, maybe months) of IE issues I’ve had to deal with over the years, I find myself simply sighing and wondering if I’ll now need to test sites in IE6, IE7 and IE8 because they’ll all handle CSS differently. I hope I’m proven wrong.

It’ll probably end up being like those couple of years when we had IE 5, IE 5.5, and IE 6 to design for.

Ahh yes. Those days. I cringe recalling IE on the Mac. Thank god they dropped that beast.

I’m curious - what is your browser of choice?
