Hi, Could you go into further detail of how you were able to change the background image using the custom fields box? I've been trying to figure it out for weeks and I can't get it to work!

Hi Jack,

I tend to always create a js folder within the theme directory for any JS files and I'd recommend this approach just to keep things nicely organised. Create a new folder called "js" in your theme directory. Then, within the header.php for your theme, add this just below the

tag, or in the case of the Thematic theme,
<body class="<?php thematic_body_class() ?>">
:

That should do it! I hope this helps. I do wonder if some of the PHP used by that specific theme will cause some hiccups, so let me know if it does.

I love this idea, but I can't figure out where to place the .js script within Wordpress' Thematic theme. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
